The Library (or also know as the TAA - Tax Audit & Accounting) is a content libraries full of expert guides, source materials, and up-to-the-minute information for our clients, Croner-i gives you all the guidance you need as a tax, accounting, or audit professional.
This is another project due for a refresh inline with the design system to help create a consistent look and feel and also to have a better user experience overall.
Although this platform is more popular and has more traffic it had received some customer complaints e.g. too much navigation can be confusing, the search result could be refined better, shared annotations (a feature), the layout of information could be better displayed. I spoke with the client experience/complaints department and the product owner who has good connections with some top clients to come up with some creative solutions.
