FX mobile design refresh

Clients - The product caters for the various demographics in one application, that should include:

• SMEs/Corporates
  These guys are mainly looking to do things like paying invoices, making payroll and managing their cashflow
• Large Corporates
  These guys are mainly looking to ensure they are managing their outgoing cashflows as efficiently as possible, be it by ensuring they have the best FX strategies or managing their debt/asset ratios
• Institutional Clients
  These guys are mainly looking at making a profit from movements in the market, they might be prop trading for example

Medium corperate Corporate workflow

1. Users are assigned limits as to what size of transaction they can approve
2. Initiator executes a transaction on mobile as hedge to cover future risks after viewing their FX exposure (rather than just a trade by trade basis)
3. You have to go confirm it immediately (add beneficiaries, settlement instructions etc)
4. You could also reject or amend instructions on such a deal
5. Users can also go in and affirm/confirm deals from a separate blotter at any time
6. Users can also go in and create new instructions (desktop and mobile)
7. Can upload or download new instructions too
8. Adding new instructions also requires approval so another user would then get a notification
9. These same users also want visibility into their foreign currency accounts so let's show a screen of that too in mobile & desktop
10. These guys may also regularly have to make payments such as recurring payroll which they might set up templates for (ie specify account, currency, beneficiaries, SSI, tenors etc) which they can just easily pull up again
11. In addition these guys may want to drawdown on a time option, upload invoices to existing deals, add new instructions etc

Caplin's Design System

Me and 2 other product designers have been building and maintaining the design system. Our design system is detailed andwell documented for an efficient workflow and also this helps developers/engineers.

The design system does not contains the mobile elements yet but will show the desktop trading applications (FX Sale product)
